Website Usage & Warranty Terms

1. Scope of Work & Allowed Changes

After the website is delivered, the client is allowed to perform only the following actions:

• Add, remove, or update products.
• Run offers or sales.
• Create or remove coupon codes.
• Update business details (such as address or contact information).
• Make changes strictly related to business or domain management.

2. Restricted Changes (Strictly Prohibited)

The following actions are strictly prohibited for the client or any third party without prior written permission from SEO MAGICS:

• Removing or modifying the Declaration, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, or any legal page of the website.
• Changing the website’s design structure, code, functionality, or security settings.
• Altering the theme, plugins, or source code provided by SEO MAGICS.
• Making unauthorized changes through any third-party developer.

3. Violation, Consequences & Legal Action

If the client violates this policy:

• The website warranty will be terminated immediately.
• Customer support will no longer be provided.
• The website may be instantly disabled without notice.
• SEO MAGICS will hold no responsibility in case the website is hacked, crashes, or becomes non-functional.
• Any unauthorized changes made to the website, code, database, or server without written consent will be treated as a breach of contract and tampering with company property.

As per the Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections 406 (Criminal Breach of Trust), 420 (Cheating), and Information Technology Act, 2000 – Sections 43 & 66, the company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings and file an FIR against the concerned individual or organization.

4. Client Acknowledgement

At the time of receiving the website, the client must agree to the following statement:

"I have read and understood SEO MAGICS' website policy. I acknowledge that making unauthorized changes to the website will result in the termination of warranty, discontinuation of support, and may lead to legal action under Indian law."

5. Liability Disclaimer

SEO MAGICS will not be held responsible for any data loss, hacking, server downtime, or other damages if the client has violated the company’s policy.

6. Final Decision

The final interpretation and decision regarding these terms will rest solely with SEO MAGICS.

7. Additional Legal Terms

By engaging with SEO Magics, you agree that any unauthorized modifications, alterations, or changes to the company's work, services, or deliverables without prior written consent from SEO Magics will be considered a breach of agreement. Such actions may result in legal action, including but not limited to filing an FIR (First Information Report) as per applicable Indian laws.

All legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in your city.
